Steps: Start of Bot Flow

This is where your bot flow starts.

Every flow has a starting point, right? This step is your starting point. You need to connect the rest of your flow here to be able to run it. 

But how is it triggered? There are 2 ways to trigger your bot flows: Via Playbooks and User Says.

We already added a couple of User Says to the Start of Bot Flow step to trigger it when a visitor says something like “Hey/Hello/Hi” etc.
