What are the steps?

Steps are all the responses that you can use to build your bot.

Once you click on the Create Bot button or choose one of the templates on the AI Bot Design tab, you need to use some of the steps to create and finish your bot flow. 

There are two types of steps: System and Response Steps.

System Steps

System steps don't need to show a response to your visitors, they only have systematic purposes such as delaying the next step, jumping into another step etc. 

These are the system steps:

• Send Email
• REST API
• Go to URL
• Branch
• Jump
• Delay
• End

Each has a different action once the step completed.

Response Steps

These steps can and will show a single or multiple response to your visitors. 

These are the response steps:

• Text
• Image
• Video
• File
• Decision CTA
• Human Takeover
• Get Location
• Carousel
• Collect Custom Data
• Collect Contact Property

You need to enter prompts to save these steps.
